Nicole grew up as a competitive gymnast. She has an extensive background within the sport of gymnastics, as both a former athlete and a current coach. Nicole specializes in teaching tumbling/acrobatics, strength and conditioning, and flexibility. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with cum laude honors. Nicole is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a certified competitive gymnastics coach through USA Gymnastics. She currently enjoys coaching and teaching a variety of skills within the world of sports and fitness, and she is happy to contribute her knowledge to the Starstruck family.
