·      Tuition is due the 1^st of the month (no invoices will be mailed), on the 11^th a $25 late fee will be added to your account.

·      A $25 fee will be charged for a returned check

·      We do accept Visa and Mastercard

·      To drop or change classes we must receive written notice (i.e. add/drop sheet, fax, written note), you will be responsible for tuition until we receive notice of drop or change

·      We follow Douglas County and Cherry Creek School District weather closures, notice of closing will be posted on studio voicemail by 2 pm. Even if schools are open we may still cancel if after school activities are cancelled or if weather becomes worse in the afternoon.

·      Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4-8 pm and Wednesday 5-8:30 pm

·      It’s important that dancers are picked up on time. The studio closes at 8 pm Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday and 9 pm on Tuesday. If your dancer is not picked up within 10 minutes of closing a $25 fee will be added to your account.

·      No refunds are given on tuition or fees

·      We do not offer make-up classes
